Discounts:
Discount codes do not apply to reduced items. A discount code cannot be combined with other discounts.
Delivery time:
Mie Christiansen Jewelry ensures delivery in 1-3 working days, subject to the reservation for sold-out items. We ship your order in bulk, so if one of your items is out of stock, it will delay the total shipment.
We send our packages with Postnord and GLS.
Mie Christiansen Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays with our parcel distributors.
When ordering later than 1 p.m., the delivery time will be extended by one day. In the event that an item cannot be delivered as stated, we will contact you within 2-4 working days. There may be an extended delivery time when purchasing sale items, due to many orders. In December, there can be a delivery time of up to 3-5 working days, due to the busyness of Mie Christiansen Jewelry and the carriers.
Gift card:
Gift cards purchased in our webshop are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The gift card can only be used in our webshop. We do not pay out balances when using gift cards. The gift card cannot be extended and we do not refund gift cards.
Gifts and Christmas presents:
When buying a gift, the customer states the date when the gift is to be given. A 14-day right of cancellation applies from the stated date.
Christmas presents bought online are returned through our return portal and exchanged 14 days from 24/12.
Return:
We offer a 14-day right of return from the day you have picked up/received the package.
The return label costs DKK 39, which is deducted from the return amount.

How to return an item :
1. You go to ours return portal and fill in your email and order number.
You have received the order number on your order confirmation and receipt in the package.
2. Select which jewellery/goods you want to return
3. Fill in the reason for your return
4. Choose whether you want to send your return package with GLS or Postnord
5. Attach the return slip which is on your sent return label - save if necessary. copy for personal use
6. Put a return label on your package if necessary. on top of the cardboard box in which you received the jewellery.
7. Send the package via a post office and keep the receipt for delivery, as you are responsible until I receive the package.
I will notify you as soon as I receive the package and send your money back within 1-3 banking days.
NOTE: You can also exchange the jewelery for a gift card.
Please note that we only refund the return amount to the card and cardholder who originally made the purchase due to legislation.
Right of cancellation:
There is a 14-day right of cancellation and a 14-day right of return on all goods, calculated from the day the goods are received (for Christmas gifts, the right of return is 14 days from 24.12.). If you regret a purchase, you must notify us before the 14 days have passed. You must return the item in the same condition as you received it. You are welcome to have tried the item on, but if Mie Christiansen Jewelry considers that the item has been used, the item cannot be returned. The item is considered to have been used if it is used beyond what is possible when trying on an item in a physical store. When the item has been returned and approved, the money is deposited into your account within a few days. We will pay the amount back to the same account that you used for your purchase. There are shipping costs for returns of DKK 39, which are deducted from the return amount. For practical details, see the section Claims right.
If you do not pick up your parcel at the parcel shop and it is sent back to us, it costs DKK 39 to have the parcel sent again, and if you have not collected the parcel because you have regretted it, we will deduct DKK 39 from the refund amount.
Right of complaint:
Mie Christiansen Jewelry provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act for extensive manufacturing and material defects that are detected during the normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. It should be noted that oxidation of sterling silver jewelry is a natural process. It is expressed as dark colored spots, and since it is a natural process it is therefore not a complaint.
Complaints about errors and defects, which should be discovered by usual examination and upon receipt of the item, must be notified to info@miechristiansenjewelry.com within 14 days of purchase. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases , Mie Christiansen Jewelry bears return costs within a reasonable scope.
Competitions:
We regularly hold competitions on our Instagram and Facebook profile. If you win a gift card or optional jewelry, these cannot be exchanged for contacts or the money paid out for the card. We also do not exchange the prize for other goods. The Complaints Act applies to jewelery won in competition.
Refund:
In the case of returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, the refunded amount is returned to the same account that completed the original purchase.
Shipping and handling costs:
We have free delivery on purchases to the parcel shop and home delivery on purchases over DKK 399. If you buy below the limit, you can have the package delivered to your home for DKK 39 or at a parcel shop for DKK 29.
We only ship to countries within the European Union. Delivery to countries within the European Union pays DKK 49 for shipping to home and DKK 39 for shipping to parcel shop. Delivery is free on orders above DKK 499 / €67.
